We bring years of experience to sheet metal fabrication.

Other types of fabrications include electrical enclosures and panels for many different applications. Included in this list is automotive and heavy truck prototyping, short and long run production parts to aerospace components.

Our main product line is basically light gauge material from .010" shim stock to 3/8" plate. Materials from Mild Steel, lazer-image Stainless Steel, Lexan, Fiberglass, and several types of plastics to name a few.

We also have a full staff of production and sub-assembly departments including inspection, assembly from one piece to production runs from 100 to 100,000 pieces. We produce a wide variety of fabrications from machine parts and guards, to automotive and heavy truck parts.

Our capabilities include:

SHEARING - Programable Backstop Shear - 10' X 1/4" capacity.

PRESS BRAKE - 3 on site with the largest capacity of 275 tons and a 12' bed.

SAW - 12" X 15" saw capacity. NC repositions 18" for production cuts.

CNC PUNCHING - Amada Turret Punch - + or - .005" tolerance/ 58 station turret/ 2 auto index/ table size of 50" X 144"/ Tonnage of 33 tons/ 1/4" capacity

WELDMENTS - Mig / Tig / Spot - 18 total on site

PROGRAMABLE TUBE BENDERS - Maximums and minimums are determined by outside diameter, wall thickness, and radius of bends

STAMPING PRESSES - 60 ton to 200 ton.
